These are Guitar Pro files that work with “Guitar Pro” software and other similar software available online. Guitar Pro is the software that I use to make the TABs. I include it in in the downloads because I get requests all the time for these files.
The main difference is in the degree of difficulty.
Simple arrangements are intentionally beginner-friendly, intended as a simple and yet musical piece that beginners can learn even if they’ve just started learning fingerstyle. These began as complete musical pieces I created for my one-on-one students. It contains left and right hand information for every single note. All simple arrangements are currently public-domain hymns and mostly 2-3 pages long.
Regular arrangements are much more complex. My focus here is not the playability for beginners, but my desire for full musical expression. These arrangements are usually harder and longer, between 7-14 pages long. I have regular arrangements of both contemporary songs and hymns. Some regular arrangements are easy enough for beginners.
